When sending money back home, you need the peace of mind that the funds have been successfully received by your friends and family. We notify you via SMS when they access their funds, so you can rest assured your money is where it needs to be.
Once you’ve pressed ‘Send’ and your money is on its way, we will send you a text to confirm your transaction which you can then forward to your beneficiary to inform them of the transaction number.
You can also opt for a SMS alert when the money is collected:
When you send money for Cash Pickups, we will send you a SMS text message to confirm your transaction code once it has been processed and the money is available for collection.
You will need to inform the recipient of the transaction number.
